Study On Employment Security Of Landless Peasants Under The Background Of New Urbanization

In recent years,under the background of accelerating the process of urbanization in China,the urban area of every area of the country is expanding constantly,the collective land of the countryside is expropriated,and the peasants who lose land become a special group and their employment security are paid attention to.The land expropriation behavior of the government directly leads to the loss of the original land,and it is difficult to guarantee the basic source of living of the peasants.Under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the government has a duty to provide more fair and reasonable public service.On the basis of discussing the measures taken and the results achieved in the employment of the peasants who lost land in A area,this paper adopts the way of questionnaire investigation and interview,and through the employment status,the desire for employment and the expectation of the industries and regions of the lost land farmers,Based on the investigation on the status quo of the re-employment of land-lost farmers,it is found that the problems existing in the employment security of the lost-land farmers in area A under the new urbanization mainly include: the employment policy propaganda is not in place,and the employment education and training is not in place.Employment funds are not in place and employment information services are not in place.Through interviews with relevant government officials,combined with the content of the interviews and access to relevant materials,we have learned that the lack of government responsibility in the process of re-employment of landless Peasants is mainly due to the fact that the concept of government service has not yet been formed,which leads to the difficulty of carrying out the relevant service functions in the concrete process of government administration.In addition,the local government in solving the problem of re-employment of landless Peasants has not been constructed and perfected,at the same time,the lack of a sound supervision mechanism,leading to the lack of government responsibility.Finally,in order to give full play to the government's function of promoting employment,we should establish the concept of responsible government for the employment of peasants who have lost land.To strengthen the construction of landless peasants' employment system and strengthen the supervision of re-employment service of landless peasants,some countermeasures are put forward to perfect the employment of landless peasants in A area under the background of new urbanization.
