| University Archives System is the history of university development, which contains rich of information. Meanwhile, it is a masterpiece of all staff and students, and it is a crucial criterion for university teaching, researching, management, etc. It is one of fundamental stones of the university archives management, which has been playing an irreplaceable role within the university development. The archives management of university is facing the new challenges and new opportunities along with the university Constantly Deepen Reforms. How to adapt to requirements of modernize, reforms and development of university is one of hot topic for research.This paper is not only basis on a comprehensive analysis of University Archives research and practical research evidences from existing researchers and experts, but also used theory of democratic participation service providers positioning, people-oriented ideas, and the used literature analysis, empirical research methods. The paper introduced analyze for the management of university archives staff structure exists, management, efficiency and other aspects, and drew a conclusion the impact restriction of traditional ideas, and lack of human and material resources investment, service functions limitations etc are factors. This paper propose that from to clear guidelines and principles, to build a reasonable working system, to reform working patterns, to activate resources of university archives management four different aspects to optimize university archives management working process, in order to improve the working ability to much the requirements of the speed of university reforms and development of knowledge era. |
