Research On The Applied Of Management Sand Table In The Teaching Of Tourism Management Specialty In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of social economy and culture and the increase of the national demand for tourism,Chinas tourism industry also develops rapidly.According to statistics,in 2020,China will become the fourth largest tourist destination and the largest source of tourists in the world.The rapid development of tourism industry is in urgent need of a large number of high-quality professionals.However,under the current educational background in China,how to solve the problem of declining enrollment of tourism management majors and find the development direction of specialty characteristics has become the key consideration and concern of higher vocational colleges.It is of great benefit to improve the core competitiveness of college students majoring in tourism management to cultivate their awareness of career planning and ability of career planning.This paper adopts the theory of management sand table to study the career planning courses of tourism management major in vocational colleges.By means of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,combined with quantitative and qualitative methods,the applicability of sand table management in the career planning course of college students majoring in tourism management was studied.The purpose of this study is to explore a new teaching method of career planning for college students majoring in tourism management.The research results are as follows:1.After the teaching of sandplate-type professional career course for college students,152 college students were investigated and studied to investigate the applicability of sandplate-type professional career planning course.The results show that:(1)the professional career course of sand table management can improve students' personal interest and classroom atmosphere;(2)the course of career planning of sand table management has a significant impact on students' learning ability and teaching effect.2.Through the interview and research of 20 college students who have participated in the sandplate-style career management course,the results show that:(1)it confirms the conclusion of research 1 on improving personal interest and classroom atmosphere;(2)students'awareness of career planning and teamwork also improved.This study shows that the management of sand table teaching can not only play a positive role in personal interest and classroom atmosphere,but also effectively enhance students' planning ability for future career,enhance students' employment satisfaction,and cultivate required professional talents for the development of China's tourism industry.But in the career consciousness and the career ability training,also may add other plans or the plan.
