Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country.It undertakes the important task of training high-quality skilled personnel,especially in the process of building a new industrialization road in our country.In recent ten years,the development of higher vocational education has been rapid,and all kinds of higher vocational colleges are flourishing.With the establishment of new campuses like mushrooms,all kinds of hardware conditions have been improved.How to strengthen the soft power and develop the connotation of the school has become an urgent task.However,the bottleneck restricting the development of higher vocational colleges is the shortage of teachers,the shortage of high quality teachers and the unreasonable distribution of structure.At the same time,compared with undergraduate colleges,there is a big gap in all aspects,especially the overall level of salary income of teachers and staff is low,so it is difficult to attract outstanding talents in the talent competition.Salary is an important means to attract and motivate talents.Therefore,in order to achieve sustained and substantial development,higher vocational colleges must deepen the reform of salary system,let the limited school resources play the greatest effectiveness,in order to attract outstanding talents,and to encourage the existing staff and staff to innovate actively,thus promoting the healthy and rapid development of the school.With the deepening reform of institutions in 2016,China's salary management research on higher vocational colleges has been in-depth,since the summary,there are still the following main problems:first,the "equalitarianism" is still serious,and the average income is low,the staffs salary satisfaction is not high;second,the performance of small wages,salary Incentive function has not been fully played;third,without the establishment of a scientific and reasonable salary evaluation system,salary for the size of the contribution and ability of workers still can not be well reflected;fourth,it does not fully reflect the characteristics of Higher Vocational Colleges and various types of teaching staff and workers work characteristics.Starting from the theory of human demand and economy,this paper makes a simple study on the salary system of Higher Vocational Colleges by using the theory of management,psychology and salary management,and referring to the practice and research of the salary system of some excellent universities in China.Taking a higher vocational college in Lianyungang as an example,the current salary management office in the university is set up.The method carries on the concrete analysis,points out the existence question and carries on the optimized design.
