Project-oriented Management,which has been widely used in the process of university management,is a new development for the Principles of Management in the field of application.The promotion of connotation development of QCHM by applying project-oriented management could facilitate the comprehensive reform of QCHM,enhance its schooling standard and realize the stated objectives of its development.This paper elaborated the theory of project-oriented management,defined the connotation of project management and project-oriented management and analyzed the differences between the two connotations.By applying the knowledge of project-oriented management,this paper not only illustrated the connotation development of higher vocational colleges with the features of project and routine work,but also concluded the core elements of developing objective positioning,programs and courses,teaching staff construction,talents cultivation,campus culture construction,campus managing system construction and so on.On the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of project-oriented management in QCHM,this paper set the developing objectives and launched the projected-oriented management work of QCHM according to the working process of planning,executing,monitoring and closing of project-oriented management.It discussed the execution of project-oriented management of connotation development through optimizing the program structure,promoting the teaching staff construction,carrying out the talents cultivation mode reform,strengthening the campus culture construction.This paper effectively monitored the whole process of project-oriented management,set the evaluation index of connotation development and finished the closing management of project-oriented management by establishing the school-running system as the key point.Taking the schooling practice of QCHM as the starting point,this paper introduced the project-oriented management to the management work of QCHM through case study and effectively controlled the planning,executing,monitoring and ending process of teaching activities,so as to promote the scientific development of QCHM.At the same time,it is expected to provide some references to connotation development of other higher vocational colleges.
