Research On The Internal Organization Establishment Of Local Engineering Colleges

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made important arrangements for deepening the reform of the party and state institutions.It requires comprehensive consideration of the establishment of various institutions,scientific allocation of party and government departments and internal institutions,clear responsibilities,effective governance of the state and society,and promotion of party and state development.The internal institutions of local engineering colleges are an integral part of the functional systems of the party and state institutions,and are an important guarantee for the party's management of schools.Deepening the reform of the party and state institutions,on the one hand,pointed out the direction for the reform of the internal institutions of local engineering colleges;on the other hand,it also put forward higher requirements for the internal institutions of local engineering colleges.The scientific and rational setting of the internal institutions of local engineering colleges is an important measure for local engineering colleges to fully reflect the localization and characteristics.It is an important guarantee for local engineering colleges to realize the functions of personnel training,scientific research and social services.Based on the higher education law,organizational change theory,post-modern management theory and Marx's educational philosophy,this paper uses the literature research method,the investigation research method and the comparative research method to investigate the internal organization of local engineering colleges,explore the status of the internal institutions of the local engineering colleges and analyze the main problems and causes;study the characteristics of the internal institutions of foreign engineering universities and provide reference for improving the internal institutions of local engineering colleges.Based on the above research,thecorresponding suggestions for the internal organization of local engineering colleges are put forward,including the establishment of internal institutions should follow the principles of scientific rationality,streamlining and efficiency,and harmonization.It must have a certain value orientation and setting up according to deepen the reform of the party and state institutions,characteristics of foreign engineering universities and the localization of local engineering colleges.
