Study On Internal Governance Structure Of The Newly Built Local Undergraduate Colleges

With the deepening reform of China,the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China puts forward the general goal of Comprehensive deepening reform “improving and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, promoting national governance systems and governance modernization.” The overall objective which is reflected in the field of higher education is to "further promote separate management and evaluation, expanding the right to education and the school autonomy of provincial government, improving governance structure within the school." The proportion of local newly higher education system in the country is growing, and the improvement of the internal governance structure is directly related to the overall advancement of higher education. This paper, based on existing research, analyzes the theoretical basis, policy basis, practice basis, construction background and current situation of internal governance structure of the new local universities. The governance theory and the theory and experience of college governance are tried to introduce into the new local universities to make newly path of the internal structure, building the power of a unified system of internal governance, the political, administrative, academic, marketing, student, and democracy. New colleges themselves from the particularity of view propose to attach importance to the role of market power, the executive power in the initial construction, scientific coordinator of the good relations and the balance of power in order to build an internal governance structure in line with the actual institutions system.
