Research On The Reform Of Engineering Talents Training Mode In Local Universities Under The Background Of New Discipline Construction

In order to actively respond to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,support the service innovation-driven development,"made in China 2025" and a series of national strategies,since February 2017,the ministry of education has actively promoted the construction of new engineering,and made full efforts to explore the formation of the Chinese model and Chinese experience leading the global engineering education,and facilitate the construction of higher education power.In this context,under the guidance of educational theories such as idea-design-implementation-operation(CDIO)educational concept and capability-based educational thought,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the talent training mode reform of local colleges and universities under the background of new engineering construction by means of literature review,interview and case study.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background,theoretical and practical significance,research status at home and abroad,main concepts,theoretical basis,research ideas and methods.The second part analyzes the situation of engineering education personnel training in local colleges and universities in China,which is the carding and analysis of the situation of traditional engineering education in Chinese colleges and universities,especially in local colleges and universities.It mainly includes the basic course of the development of engineering education in colleges and universities,the achievements and main problems in the development of engineering education in local colleges and universities.In order to carry out the new engineering construction under the background of local colleges and universities personnel training mode reform to find the basis and breakthrough.The third part analyzes the current situation of the reform and development of engineering education in local colleges and universities under the background of new engineering,which is a summary and analysis of the reform of engineering education in local colleges and universities,especially the reform of talent training mode,since the ministry of education started the construction of "new engineering".Combined with the practice of other local colleges and universities,this paper introduces the reform of talent cultivation mode in local colleges and universities,including the re-determination of talent cultivation objectives,the re-construction of curriculum system,the innovation of teaching mode and the construction of teaching staff.The fourth part of the case analysis,with guilin aerospace industry college automotive service engineering as an example,the reform of its talent training mode,the content of the reform,the effectiveness and the existing shortcomings and problems are described in detail.The fifth part of the strategy is the new engineering construction background of local universities engineering talent training mode reform strategy.This paper puts forward some strategies for the reform of the training mode of engineering talents from the following aspects: strengthening organizational leadership,increasing integrated curriculum,promoting integrated teaching,cultivating teachers' integrated teaching ability,comprehensively implementing the multi-party collaborative education and improving the teacher training system.The sixth part is the conclusion,which mainly makes a simple summary of this research,points out the existing problems and shortcomings,and forecasts the future in-depth research.
