It is universally recognized that promote the talents training of industry-education integration is a more effective mode of cultivating talents in the world.Although the expressions are different of industry-education integration from country to country and the basics are combined with the actual development of the countries and universities,they have formed a system of applied talents training with distinctive features and advantages,but it is consistent to adopt various measures to become the common choice and necessary persistence of the current countries.As the economic development of our country has entered the new normal and all sorts of important development strategies have been implemented.The old industrial base revitalization in the Northeast of China also ushered in a new stage of revitalization and development.And how to deepen the integration of production and education.Further strengthening the support of local engineering colleges,especially the northeastern local engineering colleges,for the revitalization of the old industrial bases in the Northeast of China has become an important issue that must be faced and studied in the current coordinated development of schools and enterprises.This thesis bases on Dewey pragmatic education theory and Huang Yanpei's professional education theory as well as Foster's education theory to in-depth analysis of the "education is life","education is experience restructuring and transformation","learning and doing","internship factory","pursuit of scientific development","combination of industry and education" and other conceptscontained in the rich connotation of industry-teaching integration application-oriented talent training.It fully emphasizes the importance of society,enterprise and practice to education,schools and talent cultivation,and provides a framework and theoretical support for the research in such aspects as the concept of industry-education integration,construction of practice bases and reform of teaching methods.It also defines the concepts of revitalization of northeast old industrial base,integration of industry and education,and application-oriented personnel training system,and defines the research perspective and scope.It mainly adopts the investigation and research method,and makes comprehensive use of literature research method,comparative research method and other methods to carry out the research.Reflecting the development status of application-oriented talent training in local engineering colleges and universities from the three dimensions of talent evaluation of enterprises in northeast old industrial base,demand and willingness to participate in the integration of industry and education to find out the problems existing in the training of applied talents in local engineering colleges.Based on the successful experience of four countries,such as the United States,France,Germany and Japan,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures to improve the training system of industry-education integration applied talents from the perspective of the old industrial base in northeast China.
