With the rapid development of the world basketball level, the current conventional training equipment has been difficult to meet the needs of athletes' technical improvement. How to quickly and effectively break through the bottleneck of technology improvement is the subject of basketball training. In the youth stage of the sensitive period of basketball player's technical improvement, passing, dribbling and shooting techniques are special training contents that every athlete must strengthen. From the perspective of three basic technical training and auxiliary equipment for basketball, this study screens the auxiliary equipment that is representative, easy to use and easy to obtain, and uses the combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation to explore the auxiliary equipment in the youth basketball technology. The effect of the training, the experimental object is the youth basketball player of the Gansu Provincial Sports School, the experimental group and the control group are 15 members.Using the literature method, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, the athletes in the experimental group were combined with the auxiliary equipment in the training, while the control group was practiced in the conventional traditional method. After 12 weeks of training, the test data were used to compare and analyze the test data of the two groups before and after the experiment.Concluded as follow:1.After the experiment, the two evaluation results of the two groups of athletes' dribbling techniques were significantly different, and there was a certain increase. However, there were significant differences between the two groups. The results of the quantitative and qualitative tests of the dribble technique of the experimental group were all Better than the control group.2.There was a significant difference between the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the ball-passing technique in the experimental group and the control group compared with that before the experiment;however, there was no significant difference in the improvement of the two-pass ball technique. Therefore, there is no significant difference in the effect of using the auxiliary equipment for the transfer ball training and the conventional pass ball training.3.After the experiment, the quantitative and qualitative results of the shooting technique of the experimental group were significantly different from those before the experiment;it was better than the control group. In the control group, the quantitative results of the shooting technique after the experiment were higher than before the experiment, and there was no significant difference between the qualitative evaluation and the experiment. After using the auxiliary equipment for shooting training, the experimental group's shooting hits and technical specifications were better than the conventional training.
