| Badminton is becoming more and more popular in China,and more and more children have started learning badminton from an early age.As an open-ended sports skill,badminton has a complex and changeable movement structure,and the ball flies quickly,so it is very difficult to get started.Due to the law of physical and mental growth and development in childhood,the development of various physical abilities is not mature enough,and a series of problems such as deformation of movements,inability to hit the ball,and inability to accurately control the racket face often occur in badminton learning.Therefore,exploring an efficient badminton teaching method suitable for children is an urgent problem to be solved in badminton teaching at present.Assistive equipment has been shown to have very good teaching results in many sports,and the use of auxiliary equipment in badminton teaching may also be a good choice.In this study,the control teaching experiment of the badminton racket auxiliary equipment "swing rack" was used to explore the actual effect of the racket rack to assist the teaching of badminton technology.24 students of the basic badminton class of Shanghai Student Badminton Training Base were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group adopted the teaching form of swing rack auxiliary exercise,the control group adopted the conventional teaching form,and carried out a total of 45 training experiments for 5weeks,before and after the experiment,the basic physical fitness,quantitative evaluation of hitting technique,qualitative evaluation of hitting technique and sports learning interest were tested,and the test results were imported into statistical analysis software for data analysis,and the following conclusions were reached after analysis:1.In terms of quantitative evaluation,the swing racket assisted teaching and conventional teaching can effectively improve students’ forehand high ball,forehand hanging ball,forehand draw and backhand pumping performance,but the swing racket assisted teaching is significantly better than conventional teaching in terms of improvement range.2.In terms of qualitative evaluation,the assisted teaching of swing racket rack and conventional teaching can effectively improve the standardization and stability of students’ forehand high ball,forehand hanging ball,forehand drawing and backhand pumping,but the swing racket assisted teaching is significantly better than conventional teaching in terms of improvement range.3.In terms of interest in physical education,the assisted teaching and regular teaching of the racket rack can effectively improve students’ interest in physical education,but the assisted teaching of the racket rack is significantly better than the conventional teaching in terms of the improvement range.4.The auxiliary teaching and regular teaching of the swing racket rack can effectively improve the forehand picking and backhand picking techniques,but there is no significant difference between the two methods in the lifting range,and the improvement effect of the swing racket rack for the upper hand hitting action is better than that of the lower hand hitting action.5.Both swing rack assisted teaching and regular teaching can effectively improve students’ basic physical fitness,but there is no significant difference between the two methods in the improvement range. |
