Volleyball,as one of the three major balls in China,plays an significant role in competitive sports,school sports and social sports.Volleyball courses are also an vital part of the curriculum system of "College physical Education",while the front-hand passing is the most important basic technique in volleyball passing techniques,which is the basis for mastering and applying other kinds of passing techniques.In the teaching process,the most important and difficult thing to master is the hand shape and the coordination force of the whole body when touching the ball.Due to the difficulty of the technical action itself,the traditional volleyball teaching method isn't dominant in teaching,which has brought some challenges to teachers' teaching.Moreover,when beginners learn a new technical action,it is inevitable to encounter some difficulties in the process of learning and practice because they are relatively weak in their cognition and key points which will cause students to feel awkward.Furthermore,due to the inadequacy of teaching hours in college physical volleyball classes,students have less time to practice technical actions,resulting their lack of proficiency in technical actions,which affects the formation of sports skills.Therefore,in order to break through and grasp the important and difficult parts of teaching within the limited teaching hours,it is necessary to explore and study how to make students master the technique of front-hand passing faster and better.This study mainly uses the auxiliary exercise equipment(A zhu Pass Hand-type Correction Auxiliary,Ice-cream Cone,Finger Tension Trainer)to apply experimental research in the front-hand passing teaching of compulsory course of college physical volleyball and tests the practical effect of the auxiliary exercise equipment in teaching.By comparing it with traditional volleyball teaching methods,it explores its value,application and problems.The aim of this thesis is to enrich the teaching methods and innovative teaching methods of volleyball passing techniques,improve the teaching effect and cultivate students' interest in learning,and provide a theoretical reference for exploring new teaching methods for college volleyball teaching.62 male students in two natural classes of compulsory volleyball courses in Grade 2019,Northwest Normal University as the experimental object,30 students in the experimental class using auxiliary exercise equipment for teaching,and 32 students in the control class usingtraditional methods for teaching,they all take 8 weeks of teaching experiment courses.This thesis mainly uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.Finally,the experimental data measured by the two classes before and after the experiment are statistically and comparatively analyzed.The following conclusions will be drawn:1.Using auxiliary exercise equipment for teaching,students can better grasp the front-hand passing skills within limited teaching hours,and their actions are more standardized,improving students' learning efficiency and passing level.2.Using auxiliary exercise equipment for teaching,the scores of the students' front-hand passing technique are obviously improved,and the teaching effect is significantly improved which promotes the quality of classroom teaching to a certain extent.3.Using auxiliary exercise equipment for teaching,not only enriches the content of volleyball class,but also improves the students' interest level and learning satisfaction in the study of front-hand passing technique,which plays a positive guiding role in the enthusiasm and initiative of students to learn volleyball,and is more conducive to the active atmosphere in class.4.The application of the auxiliary exercise equipment to the teaching of volleyball front-hand passing has verified the experimental hypothesis and has certain practical significance and promotion value.
