| Badminton is widely carried out all over the world and deeply loved by the masses.In badminton technology,the high ball technology is a landmark technical action at the beginning,and it is also an important scoring technology in the arena.It is one of the most important technical actions in badminton.At present,most of the badminton teaching is mainly based on repeated action,which is easy to lead to repeated action practice in teaching,making students boring and not conducive to the improvement of the technical level of trainers.As a new training method,auxiliary training equipment has been gradually applied to many sports because of its low production cost.In view of this reality,it is very important to explore an effective means of badminton training to improve the high ball skills of the trainers.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and experiment,this study takes the 2018 badminton students of Guangzhou Institute of physical education as the experimental objects,and takes the auxiliary training as the intervention means,and compares and analyzes the influence of the swing auxiliary equipment training and the conventional training on the badminton high and long shot hitting technology.The main technical indicators include the swing speed of the high ball,the distance,accuracy and technical evaluation.According to the analysis results,the following conclusions are obtained1.The training of swing auxiliary equipment can improve the overall level of students’ high ball,improve the technical action of hitting,enhance the effect of hitting,and improve the training efficiency of students.2.The technique of forehand and overhead high shot can be greatly improved by the training of the auxiliary equipment of swing.There are significant differences in the speed of swing,the distance of high shot,the accuracy of high shot and the technical evaluation index before and after the experiment.3.The auxiliary equipment training can effectively improve the skill of backhand hitting high ball.There are significant differences in the speed of swing,the distance of high ball,the accuracy of high ball and the technical evaluation index before and after the experiment.4.Compared with the traditional training methods,the swing auxiliary equipment training in badminton teaching is conducive to improve the students’ technical level,improve the enthusiasm to participate in training,and has achieved good results in the teaching of badminton technology,which is worthy of application in badminton teaching. |
