In the new primary school language outline promulgated in 2000,the formal change of "listening,speaking" to "oral communication" has been used to this day,and in the latest version of the language curriculum standards,"oral communication" has also been set as one of the important curriculum content.This gradual reform shows that oral communication ability has become one of the necessary skills for students to develop,and it is no longer just to cultivate the ability to speak and listen,but to pay attention to the improvement of oral expression and communication.However,in the reality of teaching,oral communication teaching has not been paid due attention to,by teachers directly ignored or integrated into other plate teaching,the teaching evaluation of this is more general.A few general oral evaluation,converted into paper and pen standard test site is difficult to detect the change of students’ oral communication ability,and performance evaluation,as a kind of emphasis on the evaluation of student performance process,can be more comprehensive and realistic evaluation of individual students to play a role in promoting development,therefore,The author hopes to promote the application of expressive evaluation in oral communication teaching based on the match between the two.This study is divided into six parts from the theoretical and practical aspects:The first part is the introduction part.This paper mainly introduces the research reasons,the analysis of the relevant fields,the definition of the main concepts,the value and method of the research.The second part is the theoretical analysis part.Based on the theory of multiintelligence and constructivism as the supporting basis,the reference value of the theory to the application of the practice of expressive evaluation is explored,and the characteristics of expressive evaluation and the more common forms of expression are discussed in more detail.The second is to explore the match between the role of expressive evaluation and the teaching of oral communication,and provide a reliable basis for the follow-up investigation and case development.The third part is the status survey part.This study selected two schools in Nanjing as a survey sample,through questionnaires and interviews to investigate the language teachers,to know the current performance evaluation in oral communication teaching application status,found that teachers in the concept of understanding,implementation status,application of the feelings of the corresponding problems.The fourth part is the development program part.Based on the relevant literature and the matching of expressive evaluation and oral communication teaching,the development procedure from the determination of evaluation objectives,the design of evaluation tasks,the development of evaluation standards,and how to implement them in the classroom is constructed,so as to lay the design foundation for the next step of specific case teaching.The fifth part is the case study part.In cooperation with the instructors of the internship schools,the research preparation,the implementation of the research and the analysis of the final results were carried out.From the determination of teaching cases,to the combination of this class,according to the development process to design a complete performance evaluation program,the process has also been carefully modified scoring criteria,after the implementation of the action on the results of research and research reflection to summarize,It is hoped that it can provide suggestions for further promoting the application of expressive evaluation in oral communication teaching.The sixth part is the recommendation.By compiling the results of the current situation survey and the results of the action cases,the application suggestions are put forward from the aspects of objective support,subjective understanding and improvement of concrete steps.
