Textbooks are important tools and materials for teachers' teaching and students' learning,which respond to the national traditional culture education.In response to the concept of inheritance of excellent traditional culture,textbooks need systematic planning,overall arrangement and rational layout in the selection of traditional cultural content,the arrangement and design of traditional cultural content,and the organizational form of traditional cultural content presentation,so that traditional culture can radiate its due educational value with the help of textbooks,which is an important textbook course teaching.Through the rational planning and design of textbooks for traditional culture,teachers and students receive the content of traditional culture presented in textbooks.They can not only acquire relevant knowledge,but also better understand the spirit and value behind it.In the process of transmission and reception,they can enhance cultural self-confidence and identity with national culture,so as to realize the inheritance and innovation of traditional culture.In this paper,six textbooks of Morality and Rule of Law published by the People' s Education Edition are taken as the research objects,and the research methods of literature,statistics,interviews and content analysis are used successively to study the research objects.In this study,the content of traditional Chinese culture in the textbook"Morality and Rule of Law" was analyzed,and the content category and distribution of traditional culture in textbooks were studied quantitatively,and the value connotation of "traditional culture" was interpreted in textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Quality Research.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The textbook has a wide range of elements about the selection of traditional cultural content.(2)The theme of traditional cultural content implements the goal of emotional attitudes and values.(3)The presentation of traditional cultural content in textbooks is diverse.Suggestions for improvement are as follows:(1)The arrangement of traditional cultural content in the textbook "Morality and Rule of Law"should be more balanced and gradual;(2)Teachers should deeply tap the ability of traditional cultural content in textbooks to apply resources in modern life;(3)Schools,families and society should create a good atmosphere for the integration of traditional cultural content into life.
