The textbook as the important text for national curriculum is essential tool and material in teaching for teacher and learning for student,and also carrier of national will and social value.Response to the national traditional culture education and the concept of inheriting excellent traditional culture,the textbook should make system planning,overall arrangement and rational layout in the field of the choice of the traditional cultural content,the arrangement of traditional cultural content and the organizational form of the traditional culture content presentation.In this way,the traditional culture can give play to educational value by the textbook which is important text in curriculum and teaching.The central issue to be solved in this study is the appearance of traditional culture content in the textbook compiled by ministry of education.Including: Classification of traditional culture content in textbooks;Analysis pattern division of traditional culture content in the textbook from the perspective of curriculum transformation;The analysis of traditional culture content,organization and arrangement,the concept and value behind the traditional culture.To answer the research questions have been proposed,this study constructs a framework for the analysis of traditional culture content in the textbook compiled by ministry of education based on the transformation model of multicultural curriculum and reference to the analysis of teaching materials at home and abroad.Therefore,this paper analyzes the six textbooks compiled by ministry of education and issued in 2016,including Chinese(volume I and II),History(volume I and II),Morality and the rule of law(volume I and II).The paper bases on the analysis framework to analyze the traditional culture content in the textbook compiled by ministry of education.In the contribution pattern,the paper mainly uses quantification method to investigate the classification and distribution of the traditional culture content;in the transformation pattern,the paper mainly researches the interpretation of the value connotation of the “traditional culture” in the textbook;In the action pattern,the paper mainly inspects the arrangement of the “traditional culture”,which reflects the learning style of traditional culture.The study funds that the textbooks compiled by ministry of education cover a wide range of traditional culture contents and various forms;The “traditional culture” presenting in the textbook of Chinese,History,Morality and the rule of law forms an organic families;The textbooks show the profound connotation of traditional culture;The textbook focuses on promoting students to understand the traditional culture and form the culture concept;The theme research activities of “traditional culture” in the textbook are arranged at a low level.The suggestions for improvement include: focusing on curriculum transformation of traditional culture content in the textbook,improving the arrangement level of the action pattern of the traditional culture content in the textbook,paying attention to the analysis and application of traditional culture content in the textbook.
