Students in the process of learning to the classroom the teacher organizations of satisfaction is an important measure of school teaching quality the basis,with the growing need for the student to the classroom,as one of the important indicators of teaching level,teaching research also pay more attention to students and teachers both emotional interaction,and classroom satisfaction measurement in today's education teaching plays a more and more important role in guiding,to comply with the demand of the contemporary vocational education rapid development era,satisfaction is very important to improve secondary vocational students class.Curriculum,environment,teachers,students,learning effects and other factors all affect students' classroom satisfaction.It is of great significance to study the influencing factors and countermeasures of classroom satisfaction in secondary vocational tourism schools.This study on the basis of the theory of customer satisfaction,to avoid the randomness of model design,draw lessons from authoritative scholars explore the class satisfaction model of building,the secondary vocational school teachers and students in this interview to construct class satisfaction measurement model of secondary vocational tourism majors,including environmental division students learning five level indicators and 25 secondary indicators designed the questionnaire according to the indicators and Kano model method,and analyzed the data by means of SPSS and Kano model analysis method and Kano model analysis method First combined with questionnaire data and Kano model analysis method to 25 class satisfaction index attribute classification,Secondly,Kano model is used to rank the importance of the indicators of classroom satisfaction,Finally,in order to make up the fuzziness of Kano model in attribute classification,the article introduces customer satisfaction coefficient to analyze the sensitivity of the student satisfaction,and ultimately to improve the results of model analysis.This research designs the questionnaire contents on the basis of the specific evaluation model.Aiming at the limitation that likert scale questionnaire can only analyze the linear relationship between problem indicators and satisfaction,this study incorporated the Kano model into the questionnaire to make up for thisdeficiency.This article through studies our country secondary vocational tourism class satisfaction,satisfaction survey of the current situation and influencing factors,found the contradictions and problems,finally puts forward the promotion our country secondary vocational tourism professional secondary vocational school teachers and students class satisfaction strategies,and to promote improvement countermeasures.Based on the investigation and study,on the basis of satisfaction for class quarterback figure reflects the problems puts forward improvement strategy in turn.Hope related research to improve secondary vocational school of tourism students' satisfaction promote utility class.
