With the promulgation of important documents such as the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)and the “Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Practice of Normal College Students”,the state pays more and more attention to the practical practice of normal university students.This study starts from the perspective of satisfaction of preschool education internships and provides services to better conduct educational internships and improve the satisfaction of students' educational practice.In this study,questionnaires and interviews were used,and according to the literature and theoretical construction results,a questionnaire for Satisfaction and Influencing Factors of Preschool Education Students in Educational Practice was created.A total of 775 senior preschool education students were surveyed and a structural equation model of their satisfaction was constructed.Get the following results:1.The preschool education students in colleges and universities generally have a higher degree of satisfaction with the education practice.The degree of satisfaction from high to low is in the order of the internship instructor,the instructor of the teaching practice center,the teaching practice base,the content of the teaching practice,the time of the teaching practice,and the education Practice management.2.The satisfaction degree of preschool education students in all aspects of educational practice evaluation: Students have the highest degree of satisfaction with the total time of educational practice and the lowest degree of satisfaction with the number of educational practice.Students have the highest degree of satisfaction with the day-to-day life organization content they have learned,and they have the lowest satisfaction with home-based communication content.Students have the highest degree of satisfaction with the idea of a kindergarten office in the education practice base,and have the lowest satisfaction with the dining conditions provided by the kindergarten.The students are most satisfied with the mobilization of education practice in college management,and have the lowest satisfaction with education internship funds and subsidies.Students have the highest degree of satisfaction with the instructional attitude and guidance ability of the instructive teachers in educational internship colleges and universities,and have the lowest satisfaction with guidance and timeliness.Students are most satisfied with the instructional attitude of instructors in educational practice centers,and have the lowest satisfaction with guidance and timeliness.There are significant differences in student education internship satisfaction in the form of education internships,number of educational internships,location of educational internships,nature of educational internships,and level of educational internships.3.Constructing the satisfaction model of education practice,the factors influencing the satisfaction of educational practice are the factors of university management,including the discipline of colleges and universities,the guidance of college teachers,and the arrangement of college courses.The supporting factors of the park include the support of the physical environment of the park and the support of the humanities and environment of the park.Student's own factors,including student internship expectations and student internships.
