The teacher's educational beliefs include the professional thinking,professional knowledge and professional quality of the teacher.It is the teacher's recognition and belief in certain educational theories,educational principles and educational values in the course of certain educational practice activities.Core literacy is the most important and most important literacy of individuals in social life.For Chinese students,core literacy refers to the three aspects of cultural foundation,independent development and social participation.It is divided into six major literacy: humanistic heritage and scientific spirit.Learn to learn,live healthy,responsible,and practice innovation.The cultivation of students' core literacy is the basic direction of teachers' education and teaching,and should be the core interest of teachers' educational beliefs.In this sense,the cultivation of students' core literacy is closely related to teachers' educational beliefs.This research mainly uses the literature method,historical method and case method to analyze the current educational beliefs and causes of middle school teachers from the perspective of core literacy,and tries to construct the ideal teacher education belief.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part explains the core literacy and the belief of education belief and the internal relationship between them through the literature research.The core literacy is the direction of the perfection of teachers' education beliefs.The teacher education belief is the premise of core literacy training.The second part discusses the problems of professional belief,professional knowledge and professional quality of current middle school teachers' education beliefs,mainly reflected in teachers' neglect of students' humanistic education,lack of education reflection spirit,slow education knowledge update,lack of independent development consciousness,responsibility In the third part,from the three aspects of traditional education,schools and teachers,the analysis of the causes of teachers' educational beliefs is due to the influence of traditional education,the influence of bad atmosphere in schools and teachers.The limitation of self-development;the fourth part is based on the perspective of core literacy,starting from the three aspects of professional thinking,professional knowledge and professional quality to theoretically construct teachers' educational beliefs,and clarify that teachers should strengthen the cultivation and promotion of humanistic heritage in professional thinking.The shape of the scientific spirit;In theprofessional knowledge to accelerate research training frequency,and enhance awareness of self-development of teachers;on professional quality to enhance the sense of responsibility of the teachers to play,enhance student understanding and caring.The thesis aims to provide some theoretical thinking for the development and improvement of current middle school teachers' educational beliefs.
