At present,the development of micro lesson quite rapidly,education of secondary vocational education thought and concept of education has a significant effect.Micro-lessons of secondary vocational education has brought a deep change,make the education to accelerate the development in the direction of the modernization and informatization and network.Information technology brings new possibilities for secondary vocational education,to promote the development of secondary vocational education.Micro-lessons for learners to provide a new knowledge model and study way,it will cause significant changes in the field of secondary vocational education.Corresponding to the class background ability in teaching,is the job of teaching of secondary vocational school teachers to carry out the education of new needs,as well as the objective requirement of improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools.Value of small class teaching and teachers'teaching ability development research,to promote the development of secondary vocational schools teaching reform and improve secondary vocational teachers'teaching ability has important significance.Obtains from the concept of micro lesson,this paper expounds the generation and development of micro lesson and its features,analysis of the application of micro lesson in secondary vocational education.Questionnaire and formal imterview as the main research method,a survey of Guangzhou three secondary vocational schools of teaching implementation and full-time teachers' attitudes and perceptions of small class teaching.Gained a lot of reference information,summed up the majority of teachers of the micro-lessons.And also analyzes the micro lessons to improve secondary vocational school teachers' teaching various aspects ability to play a positive role,secondary vocational school teachers' teaching ability structure adjustment and the construction of the framework,and puts forward the corresponding teachers' teaching ability promotion strategy:including to teacher's training strategy and training strategy.
