3-6 years old children are at the beginning of their lives and are a crucial period for the development of strength. With the development of society, the study of children's physical fitness has continued to deepen, and the irrational components of the "National Physical Fitness Measurement Standards"(children's part)have gradually emerged.Among them, including the determination of upper limb strength, the tennis ball is far away, and some children are found in actual tests. The throwing action cannot be completed,so that the development level of the upper limb strength of the child cannot be truly reflected.Based on this, the study used different test items to measure the upper limb strength of children of different ages. The test project is placed in a gamified situation during the test, allowing the child to complete the test in the game.It aims to more accurately reflect the development level of children's upper limb strength.Through interviews, experiments, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the relationship between the test scores of the upper limb strength gamification evaluation method and the tennis throw test scores of 3-6 years old children is tested, and the upper limb strength of the children are intervened by the sports games that can improve the upper limb strength of the children. The sensitivity of the gamification evaluation method for the upper limb strength of young children was examined. The results of the study: the results of the tennis throwing score and the test results of the upper limb strength gamification evaluation method were analyzed. There was a highly significant positive correlation between the kneeling position of the kneeling and the throwing distance of the tennis ball(r=0.87,P<0.01).There was a highly significant positive correlation between the knee push-ups and the tennis throw-away(r=0.81,P< 0.01),the grip strength was highly positively correlated with the score of the tennis throw(r=0.70,P<0.01).The results indicates that the evaluation method of the upper limb strength gamification of the child can be used as a method to evaluate the upper limb strength of 3-6 years old children in kindergarten.Taking physical activity as the independent variable and the change of upper limb strength of the child as the dependent variable, the analysis of variance before and after the group was performed. The main effects of the 3-4,4-5 years old children group were significant(p<0.01),3-6 The primary effects of the measured time of the young children were significant(p<0.01).Measurement time x group interactions were significant(p < 0.01).The simple effect test showed that there was no significant difference in upper limb strength between the experimental group and the control group before the intervention of sports games(p>0.05).After the intervention of sports games,In Group 3-6 years old children the upper limb strength of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(p <0.01),indicating the child's upper limb strength gamification evaluation method, can measure the change level of upper limb strength of 3-6 years old children.Conclusions:(1)The effectiveness of gamification evaluation methods for upper limb strength in children is effective.(2)The gamification evaluation method for upper limb strength of children can test the change level of upper limb strength of children.Suggestions:(1)Establish a more complete feedback mechanism for gamification evaluation.(2)The gamification evaluation method for children can be practiced at home, and the kindergarten and parents jointly supervise and improve the physical quality of the children.
