Nowadays,quality-oriented education has become an indispensable topic in the field of education and an important mode for us to cultivate people.The subject of music plays a decisive role in quality-oriented education,and it is also indispensable in the stage of basic education.The quality of the teacher team largely determines the effectiveness of the cultivation of talents in basic education.The music teachers in basic education have great responsibilities in the whole basic teacher team and affect the future development of students.Therefore,the pre-service cultivation of music teachers in basic education is particularly critical.Normal colleges and universities are the cradle of teacher training,responsible for the pre-service training of teachers.The mode and goal of talent training in normal colleges and universities determine the quality of "products".In the undergraduate training of music teacher education major,students should be implanted with professional consciousness in advance,continuously deepen professional knowledge and repeatedly hone professional skills,so as to shorten their transition period after entering the music teacher career and respond to the requirements of the society on music teachers.This paper consists of four parts:The first part:introduces the research background,theoretical value and application value,domestic and foreign research review,concept definition,research methods and professional standards of teachers.The second part: analyze the case to a normal university music college music teacher education undergraduate professional education based on music teachers' pre-service training,for example,from the teachers professional spirit,professional knowledge and professional skills,the three aspects correlation analysis is made to the curriculum,with to professional curriculum comparison analysis of music performance,concluded and summarized.The third part: according to the questions to be verified and the results of the analysis of the training program in chapter two,a questionnaire survey and interview survey are designed to investigate and analyze the current situation of pre-service training of music teachers in basic education.Then,the survey results are summarized from the perspective of professionalism to provide a realistic basis for the research of this paper.The fourth part: combining the analysis and investigation of the first twochapters,this paper proposes the strategy of music teacher training in vocational basic education.To "professional" as the vision,this paper uses the means of the combination of theory and practice,with a pre-service training in music teacher education major in teachers colleges in question as an example,the combination of music teacher education majors of questionnaire and interview survey as well as to the basic education of music teachers interview survey,found that basic education of music teachers' pre-service training room to improve,put forward the professionalism music teachers' pre-service training strategy.
