Research On The Characteristics Of Post-service Training For Middle School Physical Education Teachers In Huanggu District Of Shenyang City

The decision of the CPC central committee and the state council on deepening education reform and comprehensively promoting quality education also puts forward high requirements for the construction of teachers and their quality.In order to adapt to the development of the new era,PE teachers must abandon the old educational concepts,constantly accept new educational concepts,enrich teaching knowledge and improve teaching ability.In order to meet the needs of the development of social situation,Huanggu District in shenyang has opened up a new road for the post-job training of physical education teachers and established the "sports master studio",which has become a major feature of post-job training of Huanggu District in shenyang.The studio has a good effect in training mode,environment and content.Therefore,this study will take the post-job training of physical education teachers in Huanggu District middle school in shenyang as the research object,and use the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to carry out the research.Based on the actual situation,this paper investigated and studied the training objective,training mode,training content and training environment of PE teachers in Huanggu District middle school in shenyang.This paper summarizes the characteristics and existing problems of post-service training for physical education teachers in Huanggu District middle school in shenyang,and fully excavates its training characteristics and puts forward relevant Suggestions.This study attempts to provide theoretical reference for Huanggu District and even shenyang physical education teachers' future post-job training.The conclusion of this study is as follows: the post-service training of physical education teachers in Huanggu District middle school in shenyang is characterized by "sports master studio"."Sports master studio" has become a model for Huanggu District's post-job training in shenyang.The training features are as follows:1.The training mode of "sports master studio" has diversified characteristics;2."sports master studio" has a complete training environment;3.The training content of "sports master studio" is targeted.The existing problems are as follows: 1.The training scope is small,only for studio members;2.The training mechanism is not perfect.In view of the above conclusions,the following Suggestions are put forward:1.Maintain and promote the "sports master studio" after the training of this characteristic model;2.Expand the scope of Huanggu District "sports master studio" training in shenyang;3.We will improve the mechanism for training physical education teachers on the job;4.Further improve post-service training to meet the needs of teachers.
