The learning ability of physical education teachers is the key factor affecting the teaching and learning of sports,and is a comprehensive index to measure the ability of physical education teachers in all aspects.Research on the current situation of physical education teachers' academic ability is not only in line with the development direction of our current physical education research,but also an urgent requirement for deepening the reform of physical education and implementing quality education in our country,which has important academic value and practical value.Therefore,the physical education teachers in junior high school educational level as the starting point,to the junior high school physical education teachers competency of Hangzhou city as the research object,to Hangzhou city junior high school physical education teachers Jianggan District,Shangcheng District,Gongshu District,Yuhang District,Xiaoshan District,six District of Binjiang District as the research object,using literature data method,Delphi method,precedence chart method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods,the academic sports teacher questionnaire,reveals and analyzes the Hangzhou city junior high school physical education teachers competency characteristics,and has put forward on the basis of training strategies for the.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn.1,The questionnaire of the physical education teachers' learning ability developed by this research has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a measuring tool for the problem of physical education teachers.2,Hangzhou city middle school physical education teachers the current characteristics of the performance of achievement:(1)The overall level is in the middle level,and presents the structural differences of characteristics,there is a certain difference between each dimension score mean the average score is the highest score of the sports teaching ability,low social sports guidance ability;(2)Hangzhou city junior high school physical education teachers competency there are significant differences in the dimensions of gender,age,education,teaching experience and so on,which in terms of gender,male physical education teachers training ability,learning ability and social sports guidance ability is higher than that of the female teachers of physical education,and physical education teaching ability,management ability and scientific research ability in gender is not there are differences;(3)In age,in addition to social sports guidance abilitythere is no difference in age,educational level,teaching ability,part-time physical education teachers The ability of training,organizational management and scientific research increased with the increase of teachers' age.When more than a certain age,in addition to amateur training ability,the ability to slow down.(4)In education,in addition to the social sports guidance ability does not exist differences on education,skills,physical education teachers teaching ability,training ability,management ability and scientific research ability,with the improvement of education increased;(5)In his life,in addition to the ability of scientific research and social sports there is no difference in the ability of guiding on coaching,knowledge,physical education teachers teaching ability,training ability and management ability with the teaching years increased,but more than a certain number of years after the physical education teachers ability is part of slow decline.3,Hangzhou city middle school physical education teachers competency training strategy,(1)Junior high school physical education teachers should improve their own point of view,the concept of teacher education,cultivate teachers' self learning and self reflective ability;(2)Improve the in-service training system of junior high school physical education teachers,improve training methods;(3)Optimize the management system of sports teachers in junior middle school.To promote the professional development of PE teachers.
