Research On Alleviating Emotional Anxiety Of "The First Children" In Two-Child Families By Group Work

Under the specific historical background and conditions in China,the government has issued the one-child policy in line with the national conditions,which has indeed had a restraining effect on the size of our population and reduced the social burden.However,with the development of China's society and the change of the population situation,China's current fertility rate has been low,the aging of the population has become the status quo,the labor force is increasingly unable to meet the needs of the economy,more serious is the emergence of more family alone.In such a context,China has issued birth policy one after another,but the effect was unsatisfactory,until China began to implement the "comprehensive two-child policy" in 2016.These policy to the original "a family of three structural changes have taken place,began to appear two or more children in the family,home once the one-child into" the first children ",In this way,both the physical discomfort and the psychological reaction will have a certain impact on the child," the first children don't know how to get along with the second child,facing the present family produced anxiety,they become restlessness,anaphylaxis,personality change in the meantime,have a sense of security,these changes have great influence on children's growth,not only from on the one hand,also affect the harmony of the family.Therefore,this paper will study the anxiety of "the first children" in two-child families.Starting from the family planning policy which has been revised and adjusted in China,this paper makes a comprehensive study of the current situation by means of literature research and questionnaire survey,through access to browse the literature at home and abroad,understand the scholars from all walks of life for the second child in the family "the first children" anxiety problem research,analysis to get "the first children" produce anxiety emotion is decided by themselves,family and society three levels,which belongs to the family had the greatest influence on children's emotion,and sums up the second child in the family "the first children" appear this kind of anxiety is a common condition,this study is meaningful.After researchers using the method of group social work intervention on children range of similar problems,adjust the "the first children" anxiety,after the group activities,according to the observation of the members of the activities and the results of the assessment,and set out from themselves,familyand society three aspects,come up with the relevant modulation proposal,is introduced in the "the first children" itself must be good at to communicate with the outside world,and parents to reflect problems in time;As parents,they should solicit opinions with "the first children" before the birth of the second child,and do a good job in psychological construction.If they find that "the first children" have emotional problems,they should timely adjust them to create a more secure atmosphere for "the first children".Through this intervention,the researchers hope to find a solution for the emotional anxiety of "long children" in two-child families.
