The one-child families are the risk family in essence,because of their vulnerable family structure. The vulnerability of the family structure is caused by the one-child policy of Government. Because of its family structure on a risk, so the risk-resisting ability of the one-child families are weaker than the non-one-child families in the risk society.In recent years, the risk of the one-child families faced begin to show , without outside help, they are very difficult to get rid of risk through their own ability.The one-child policy has been more than thirty years. The scale of the one-child family is becoming more and more larger. There are more than 100 million one-child, it means there are more than 100 million one-child families now.On the one hand, the family is the cell of society, The coordinated development of society based on the harmony and stability of every family. if individual risk of the family can not be resolved, the relationship of the family and society between coordination and balance will be broken, family risk will become a social risk. On the other hand, as a contribution group, if the nterest of one-child families can not be well protected, it will affect the smooth implementation of government policy in the future. Therefore, the analysis of what risk that the one-child families face and what they need from social support become necessary.However, currently empirical research about the risk for the one-child family is also unusual. Especially when the one-child families at risk, what adverse impact that the risk brought about, what difficulties of life they faced , what they need from social support and so on, we do not know much about these problems. Therefore, the author carry on an investigation in these issues. The one-child families at different stages of the life cycle will face different risks. According to the dependency between children and their parents, The author divided the family life cycle into three phases. Children dependent on their parents stage, children of an independent phase and parents rely on their children stage. Then the author conduct a survey about the risk of children's growth, the risk of children's growth and parents pension risk. Some of the survey is not easy to intervene in, As some of the survey is not easy to intervene, such as disability or death of one-child parents, So I chose my own home Shenxian as a site of investigation. Through field surveys to collect information and then conduct an in-depth analysis aout the risk of the one-child families faced.The results showed that disability or death of the one-child families faced a lot of risks in terms of human capital investment, emotional communication and the spirit of consolation, family pension to support, family fustainable development. In the empty nest period of one-child families faced a lot of risks in terms of emotional communication, family stability and life support One-child parents pension faced a lot of risks in terms of financial support, life care and the spirit of consolation. These risks make a great impact on One-child family'life and also bring about unexpected loss and damage to the one-child family life. On the basis of analyzing these risks, the auther make a proposal from the government, society and the family of the three dimensions of the one-child families to avoid the risk of some suggestions. To et up The one-child family Venture Fund, to provide spiritual assistance for the one-child families, to carry out multi-faceted community service for the one-child family, to set up legal aid system for disability or death of the one-child family. To advise one-child parents to save in advance for retirement To advise one-child parents to learn to self-pension and so on. Then the auother hope that these suggestions will help to avoid the risk to some extent.
