differences in demographic variables in some dimensions of emotional regulation ability between 4 and 6 years old children:there are significant differences in the dimension of emotional instability between boys and girls;there are significant differences in the emotional adjustment ability of teachers'report and final score in children's age;there are significant differences in family type between the emotional instability dimension reported by parents and the emotional regulation dimension reported by teachers;there are significant differences in the types of peer relationships between the emotional adjustment ability of parents'reports, final scores and teachers' reports;3.There are no significant differences in the dimensions of family cohesion between 4 and 6 years old children in terms of gender, age, whether they are single, family type and peer relationship type.4.There are correlations among family cohesion, peer relationship and emotional regulation ability of children:the cohesion dimension of family cohesion is positively correlated with social preferences, and the adaptability dimension is positively correlated with the type of peer relationship;family cohesion and peer relationship were negatively correlated with emotional instability and positively correlated with emotional regulation.5.Children's emotional regulation ability plays a mediating role between family cohesion and peer relationship:emotional regulation ability partially mediates family cohesion and social preferences, and completely mediates family adaptability and social preferences;emotional regulation ability plays a complete mediating role between family cohesion and peer relationship types, and partially mediates between family adaptability and peer relationship types. On the basis of the conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions for parents and teachers in view of family influence, children's peer relationship and emotional regulation
