In recent years,the virtual simulation experimental teaching projects have gradually received the attention of the state.In 2017,the state vigorously launched“Internet + Education” and built a network public resource platform.The following year,the Education Informatization 2.0 was launched to further promote the construction of a demonstration virtual simulation experiment teaching project and open the national quality online course.The development of virtual simulation experiment teaching will become the mainstream of future experimental teaching direction,and the development of related virtual simulation teaching resources will be the top priority.This topic takes the virtual simulation teaching of tower crane as the direction,and develops the virtual simulation experiment teaching system of VR classroom version.The VR classroom-tower virtual simulation experiment teaching system researched in this subject is applied to the experimental teaching of tower machinery in colleges and universities.The teaching system includes the recognition,disassembly and assembly teaching of the tower crane,the tower crane simulation operation and the simulation test module.Running the teaching system on the electronic whiteboard and teaching the tower crane is aimed at solving the problem that the classroom interaction in the classroom is poor,and the three-dimensional structure of the model cannot be displayed in all directions.The paper introduces the teaching value of the project,the overall technical route,and proposes improvements to the development process of the existing virtual simulation experimental teaching system.The specific research content is as follows:(1)The paper expounds the StrangeIoC-based MVCS framework applied in the development process,analyzes its source code,and uses Unity3D's editor toexpand the application process of the function optimization framework to improve project development efficiency.(2)In the tower crane simulation test module,the management of the "prop" object resource adopts the object pool technology,which reduces the memory overhead during the use of the object.(3)The project uses XLua's hotfix solution to achieve resource updates and logical modifications after the project is released.Optimize debugging for projects and development platforms,including rational selection of engine physical components,and improved code quality.(4)Finally,the project test and the operation and debugging of the electronic whiteboard machine are carried out.The results of the project operation and the feedback of the test show that the research results of this project have played an active role in promoting the teaching of mechanical tower cranes,improving students' awareness of tower cranes and their operational capabilities,and developing the virtual simulation teaching resources at this stage.Process and resource update programs are important.
