Because of the rapid development of information technology,people apply information technology in various fields,which has brought tremendous changes to human society.Education is the foundation of a nation,and the impact of informationization on education has also received more and more attention.In the government work report of the Twelfth National People's Congress,Premier Li Keqiang put forward"Internet +"action plan."Internet + education"set off a new wave of reform in the education industry,and a large number of Internet education enterprises have come into being.For example,traditional education and training industries such as New Oriental Online and Huatu Online have joined the trend of Internet education.Onion Mathematics,Spark Thinking and other new education enterprises based on the Internet have become the main force of the Internet education industry,and Internet traffic enterprises have joined the Internet education industry to share,such as Tencent Classroom,NetEasy Cloud Classroom and so on.The essence of education is "imparting knowledge and dispelling confusion".Whether it is a traditional education and training enterprise or a new Internet Education enterprise,the importance of teachers as one of the core competitiveness of enterprises is self-evident.There are a large number of documents in China based on the research of teachers'competence in universities and traditional training institutions.There are few studies on the competency of teachers in the Internet education industry.The recruitment,selection and training development of teachers in various Internet education enterprises are different.On the basis of studying and summarizing the previous research on teacher competency model,this paper analyses the current development of China's Internet education industry and the actual situation of the teachers in the Internet education industry.It constructs the competency model of the teachers in the Internet education industry by using literature analysis,famous teachers'analysis and job analysis,and uses questionnaire method to construct the competency model of the teachers in the Internet education industry.The competency model of teachers in education industry is empirically tested,so as to determine the competency model of teachers in Internet education industry in China.Combining with the established competency model of teachers in Internet education industry,practical suggestions are put forward to improve the competency of teachers in this industry.This study can not only help Internet education enterprises to select talents more scientifically,but also help enterprises to improve the training,assessment system to retain and develop talents.
