In recent years,k12 education and training industry is growing rapidly and the competition is fierce with the increasing emphasis on children's education.High quality teaching staff is the most important resource of k12 education and training industry.However,there are many problems in the teaching staff of k12 education and training institutions,such as unclear construction orientation,poor team stability and low employee satisfaction,which have brought a great negative impact on the competitiveness of k12 education institutions and the development of the industry.Therefore,to make clear the standards for the construction of the teaching staff of k12 education and training institutions,and design an efficient scheme for the construction of the teaching staff is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of k12 education and training institutions,enhance the satisfaction of parents and students,and improve the quality of industry development.This paper takes H training institution as the research object.This paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis on the current situation and existing problems of the teaching staff construction in H training institutions through questionnaire survey and interview.It is found that the stability of teaching staff in H training institutions is relatively poor.At the same time,the teacher satisfaction of recruitment,training and incentive in the team building of H training institutions is relatively low.And the common point is that there is no clear standard and guidance.In addition,the training and incentive are relatively small,and the management concept and method are relatively old,and the incentive form is single,and insufficient attention is paid to the knowledge and skills of "Internet+" education and training,which can not achieve the goal of improving the competitiveness of teachers.In order to clarify the orientation of the faculty building,this paper constructs a competency model of K12 education and training institutions under the background of "Internet+",including four dimensions,including teaching skills,personal characteristics,occupation ethics and professional knowledge.According to the competency model,this paper designs a competency oriented faculty construction scheme for k12 education and training institutions,winch includes the teacher recruitment scheme that accurately fits the core competency,the teacher training scheme that specifically improves the core competency,and the teacher incentive scheme that is conducive to stimulating the vitality of employees,so as to provide suggestions for the faculty construction of k12 education and training institutions represented by H training institution For reference.
