Reseaech On Quality Management Of Pilotage Engineering For Freshmen Of Y University

With the increasing scale of higher education,the number of general undergraduate students has increased significantly.The number of general undergraduate students enrolled in China has increased from 6.89 million in 2012 to 7.615 million in 2017.The increase of students has brought greater challenges to the entrance education of College freshmen,and the entr~ance stage of college freshmen is a critical period for the gradual formation and remodeling of outlook on life,values and world outlook.As an important work of freshman education,the freshman pilotage project has focused more on the countermeasures and suggestions to carry out the work,while few people pay attention to the quality management of fr-eshman pilotage project.With the gradual entry of the post-95 or even Post-00 years into the University campus,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the quality management of pilotage engineering for freshmen.Based on the relevant knowledge of project quality management theory,through the interpretation of the key work and related documents of freshmen pilotage project and the investigation and study of the status quo of freshmen pilotage project in Y school,this paper combs the problems existing in the quality management of freshmen pilotage proj ect,and on this basis,establishes the corresponding quality evaluation mechanism,and evaluates them clearly through the effective application of analytic hierarchy process.The weight proportion of the evaluation index and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the pilotage engineering quality of Y University Freshmen in 2018,and the important factors affecting the quality are obtained through the evaluation.Finally,according to the results of quality evaluation,combined with PDCA cycle model of project quality management and Juran quality Trilogy theory,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of fr-eshmen pilotage project are put forward,which provides practical reference and e.xperience for improving the quality level of freshmen pilotage project.
