| In the context of urbanization,rural primary schools are absorbing nutrients from the "advanced" urban schools and learning more and more standardized concepts and systems.However,teachers are increasingly uncomfortable with such "urban" management style,reform concepts and regulatory framework.Not only the "standard" management mode has become the "constraint" of the development of rural primary schools,but also the most rural teachers have actually become the "tool people" for managers to complete various indicators.This job was supposed to be relaxing,but the teachers found it unsatisfactory.Teachers are the object of teacher management in rural schools,and their daily feelings and experiences not only reflect the content of teacher management of the principal to a certain extent,but also reveal the philosophy of teacher management and the style of leadership.This research adopts qualitative research method and takes G Primary school as the research object.And the author himself is used as the research tool.In the natural educational context,various research methods are adopted to carry out the research from the perspective of different teachers.In the background of urbanization,this research presents the real experience and feelings of teachers under different management styles;It can reveal the current situation of teacher management of rural primary school principals from the perspective of teacher experience;And it also traces the root of the problems in the management of rural primary school teachers.This paper looks for the reasons for the problems in the management of rural primary school teachers management under the background of urbanization.Then it looks forward to find appropriate management suggestions based on the causes of the problemsThrough the research,it is found that the following problems exist in the management of rural primary school teachers under the background of urbanization: first,the management objects are "differentiated",and the inequality is mainly reflected between "temporary teachers" and "regular teachers",and also between "senior teachers" and "young teachers";Second,the management organization is "formalized",the management organization appears "independent" phenomenon,the actual management power is in the hands of "senior teachers","young teachers" reduced to "managers without real powers";The third one is the "humanization" of the management system.Although the management system is "standardized" and "indexed" on the surface.In essence,teachers have escaped from the "standardized" management Fourthly,the leadership style is "varied",which makes rural teachers "overwhelmed" and causes their emotional experience of "fatigue".This paper tries to trace the origin of modernization and urbanization from the perspective of "culture".Lack of local feelings in management concept;Lack of "humanistic care" in the way of leadership;The conflict between "rule by man" and "rule by law" in management principle is the cause of a series of problems.Based on the background of urbanization and the predicament itself,the author puts forward appropriate solutions:developing diversified management subjects and establishing democratic leadership;Attach importance to the development of teachers and create a humanistic management atmosphere;Stimulate endogenous development needs,pay attention to rural teacher training;Pay attention to teachers’ process evaluation and improve teachers’ incentive management;Renew the school management organization and reshape the local management system.In order to clear the fog for rural primary school teacher management,improve the quality of teacher management. |
