In modern society,all kinds of information technology tools and Internet develop quickly,our life and work are full of information.Information literacy is important for everyone.The outline of National medium and long term education reform and development plan(2011-2020)points out that "digital campus construction should be promoted".Thus,China begins to build digital campus.On April 16,2018,the ministry of education promulgated The code for the construction of digital campuses for primary and secondary schools(trial),which puts forward some new requirements for the construction of digital campuses.With the promotion of digital campus construction,the informatization level of the school has been significantly improved.The main purpose of digital campus construction is to improve teaching efficiency.In the construction of digital campus,the student's information literacy level is particularly important,and basic education is the foundation of the future society project,and primary school is an important period of development.Primary school students also have strong energy and curiosity,so,this period will have a huge impact on their future development.The importance of primary school stage is that it determines the discussion value of information literacy of primary school students.At present,most of the research objects of information literacy are college students and middle school students.Issued by the ministry of education in April 2018 "Standard of digital campus construction of primary and secondary schools(try out)",the primary and middle school students should have carried on the detailed rules of information literacy,and puts forward some new requirements,and it emphasizes the primary and middle school students can use information technology tools such as mobile phone,computer,and they can communicate and share something in anytime and anywhere.Based on the "Standard of digital campus construction for primary and secondary schools(trial),this study designed a self-designed questionnaire to investigate the information literacy of primary and secondary school students according to their physical and mental development characteristics.The information literacy requirements for primary and secondary school students in the document not only include previous research results,but also put forward some new requirements according to the characteristics of the current era.The first chapter of this paper first explains the reason and significance of this research question in the introduction,and then makes a literature review of the relevant literature,and defines the core concepts in this research.The second chapter of this paper is the part of theoretical discussion,which discusses the relevant theories of information literacy of students designed in this paper,and discusses the evaluation dimension and basis of information literacy of senior elementary school students.In chapter 3,this research mainly adopts the questionnaire survey and interview method,and adopts the self-compiled questionnaire of information literacy for senior elementary school students.In this study,stratified sampling method was adopted to select senior students from three primary schools in S district of chongqing,including an urban primary school,a rural-urban fringe primary school and a rural primary school.SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis of survey data.The fourth chapter analyzes the results of the survey and uses the interview method to find out the reasons for the existing problems.It is found that the information literacy level of the senior primary school students with urban hukou is higher than that of the senior primary school students with rural hukou.The information literacy level of senior primary school students is higher than that of junior primary school students.The information literacy level of non-singleton students in primary schools is lower than that of singleton students.The information literacy level of senior primary school students in rural-urban areas and rural schools is lower than that of senior primary school students in urban schools.The main reason is the difference between urban and rural areas,rural school students in all kinds of learning resources are inferior to urban school students.In the fifth chapter,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Chapter six summarizes the survey results.
