The Swiss modern apprenticeship system is designed to cultivate innovative talents and has rich experience in promoting the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation.It has been continuously reformed on the basis of the dual-system training style,and finally formed a talent training model of vocational schools,enterprises and training centers,and has become the main way for Switzerland to cultivate high-quality talents.Switzerland has a long history of apprenticeship training.As a country with rich experience in vocational education,the achievements in modern apprenticeship are remarkable.At present,China is in the critical period of exploring the modernization of vocational education,and the historical experience of developed countries has important reference significance for the construction of vocational education in line with China's national conditions.Through the literature research method,historical research method and comparative research method,this study analyzes the development of Swiss modern apprenticeship in different periods from the perspective of vertical history,and understands in detail the formation process of Swiss modern apprenticeship,from economics,politics,Macroscopic aspects such as culture and education have analyzed the factors affecting the formation of modern apprenticeship in Switzerland.Then,from the perspective of horizontal composition,the three-way collaborative talent training mode,the cultivation of apprentices,and the operation from organizational management,funding sources,quality supervision,etc.The mechanism focuses on analysis and clarifies the specific implementation details of the Swiss modern apprenticeship system,paving the way for the successful experience of the Swiss modern apprenticeship.The Swiss Modern Apprenticeship system flexibly sets the academic system and cultivates goals for people of different abilities,and mobilizes the participation of many parties,especially the enthusiasm of enterprises.The practice of stratifying and stimulating enterprises has provided new ideas for the construction of modern apprenticeship in China,which is conducive to providing suggestions for the construction of modern apprenticeship and the development of vocational education in China.Apprenticeship is the oldest form of vocational education and has always been the focus of scholars in the field of vocational education.With the advent of the era of lifelong education,the professional sustainable development of skilled talents will also become a new research hotspot.The modern apprenticeship training in Switzerland has realized the effective integration of the training of skilled talents and the learning of lifelong skills.It has built a continuing learning platform for those who receive skills training to promote the professional quality of apprentices,which is worthy of continued attention and research by future researchers.
