Teacher education has a long history of development in Germany,and the quality of teacher education is among the highest in the world.The achievement of teacher education in Germany is partly due to the series of teacher education standards developed in Germany,which are still being continuously explored and innovated.The research on German national standard of teacher education will provide reference for the perfection of teacher education standards and the future development of teacher education.This paper introduce the current situation of teacher education in Germany firstly.Today,teacher education in Germany is divided into three stages,namely,teacher pre-service training stage,education trainee stage and teacher post-service training stage.Among them,the pre-vocational training stage is mainly the responsibility of comprehensive universities and teacher training colleges.The learning content includes subject expertise,subject teaching methods,educational internships,and completion of graduation papers.The internship stage introduces the purpose,time,and content and place of the internship.Post-service training consists of two stages:initial and continuing education.In-service education includes induction training and induction counselling.Training in continuing education includes in-school training,off-campus training,professional discipline training and subject pedagogy training.This thesis mainly studies the German national standards of education,including the scientific standards of teacher education,the standards of subject specialty and teaching method,and the test standards of the aptitude tendency of normal students.By means of literature analysis,content analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis,the background,purpose,principle,subject and process of German teacher education national standard are analyzed and discussed,and the content and characteristics of several specific standards are analyzed.This study analyzes the implementation of standards and problems in the course of implementation in Baden Futenburg,the only federal state in Germany that still maintains a normal college.For example,the State Ministry of Culture and Education of Baden Futenburg has set up teachers 'vocational consultations,implemented thefirst national examination,implemented continuous internships,conducted trainee training,established teacher education centers,and conducted induction training.It is necessary to consider not only the advice of the instructor,but also the feedback evaluation and teaching results of the students.In addition,in terms of induction training,the systematic and continuous nature of induction training should be enhanced,and more information should be made available to more participants.This paper expounds the development status of German teacher education and the content of German national standard of teacher education.Therefore,the enlightenment part of this study is divided into two parts.The first part is the enlightenment of German teacher education standard to the implementation of Chinese teacher education standard.For example,the development and implementation of teacher education curriculum programs,the development and management of teacher education textbooks,and the construction and utilization of teacher education curriculum resources.The second part is the development status of German teacher education to our country teacher education development inspiration.For example,teacher education in our country can test the teacher's ability tendency,pay attention to the training of teacher's teaching practice ability,carry out teacher's trainee training,and improve the status and treatment of teachers.
