| In order to adapt to the deepening of the convolution development and reform of vocational education,enrich the reserve of technical talents,boost the development of the real economy,and step forward to a country of education and talent,After the certification of engineering specialty,China is striving to promote the implementation of teacher specialty certification.Vocational education students are the reserve army of vocational education teachers,the implementer of the future vocational education,and the foundation of the development of vocational education.The ability of vocational education is one of the key factors affecting the quality of vocational education and personnel training.Standardizing the comprehensive education ability index system of vocational education normal university students and mastering the current situation of vocational education normal university students’ education ability are beneficial for each training unit to adjust and revise the training program in time and cultivate vocational education normal university students with both morality and skills,teaching and educating,and passion for education.Based on the theory of teacher professional development stage,competency theory and comprehensive human development theory,this study deeply understands the essence of vocational ability of comprehensive education of vocational education normal university students through literature research and questionnaire survey.In the deconstruction and induction of the "Professional Standards for Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools(Trial)" for qualified secondary vocational teachers of education ability requirements,elaborated and analyzed the "Professional Certification Standards for Vocational And Technical Teacher Education" for vocational education students to learn to educate the graduation requirements.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the requirements of comprehensive education assessment and evaluation of vocational education normal students in "Standard of Teacher Vocational Ability of Secondary Vocational Education Major(Trial)",the first-level indicators including class management ability,comprehensive education ability and vocational guidance ability are constructed.The ability index system of the comprehensive education ability of vocational normal university students is composed of seven secondary indicators and 15 tertiary indicators,including class management,class organization,professional education,activity education,communication and cooperation,mental health education and vocational guidance.On this basis,a questionnaire survey was prepared to grasp the status quo and existing problems of vocational education ability,analyze the causes,and then put forward targeted improvement strategies.This research is divided into six parts: The first part introduces the origin of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the research status and evaluation,research content and methods.The second part clarifies the relevant concepts of this study and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis.The third part clarifies the connotation of vocational education,summarizes the basic structure of vocational ability of vocational education,and constructs the indicator system of vocational ability of vocational education.The fourth part is based on the educational ability index system of vocational education normal university students,through the way of questionnaire survey,to understand the current situation of educational ability of vocational education normal university students.The fifth part,based on the results of the questionnaire survey,analyzes the causes of the problems in vocational education and puts forward targeted strategies for the problems affecting vocational education.The sixth part is the conclusion part,which summarizes the research content,expounds the innovations and shortcomings of this research,and looks forward to the future research. |
