With the popularization of higher education in the early 21 st century,667 Newly-built Local Undergraduate Colleges and universities came into being.After more than ten years of development,these Newly-built Local Undergraduate Colleges and universities have transformed into applied undergraduate colleges and universities in order to seek their own development.One of the most important problems facing these schools is how to set up the curriculum system and train high-quality applied talents.Liaodong University is one of the key transformation universities in Liaoning Province.It keeps pace with the times and conforms to the trend of the times.It began to gradually transform in 2013.In the development of several years after the transformation,Liaodong University has continuously reformed,explored and innovated,forming a unique application-oriented curriculum system.This paper takes Liaodong University as a case to study the innovation of curriculum system,which has a good practical significance.The first part is the introduction,which paves the way for this study.It elaborates the principle of combining theory with practice,using the methods of literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires,case analysis and other research methods.The research background and significance,literature review and research design are also introduced in detail.Theory plays an important guiding role in the construction of curriculum system,and is the foundation and source of the construction of curriculum system.Therefore,the second part elaborates the theoretical basis of curriculum system innovation in Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities from the core concept definition and competency-based theory,social-based theory,constructivism theory and so on.No matter what kind of curriculum construction needs to be supported by certain concepts and principles,the curriculum system design of Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities has its unique innovative ideas and principles.Therefore,the third part,respectively from the application-oriented undergraduate college curriculum system innovation of the three concepts: the use-oriented curriculum concept,ability-oriented curriculum concept and task-driven curriculum concept;three principles: adhere to the "student-oriented" principle of education,adhere to the "overall optimization" principle,adhere to the "demand-oriented,service-oriented" principle of openness in detail.Detailed analysis and description.The fourth part studies the content of curriculum system innovation,according to the perspective of curriculum system composition,combined with specific data and survey of the actual situation of specific research.The innovative features of the curriculum objectives are as follows: timely response to the needs of the economy and society,focusing on practicality,highlighting professionalism and paying attention to professionalism while giving consideration to generality;the innovative features of the curriculum structure are: paying more attention to theoretical courses,paying more attention to practical courses,paying attention to professional courses while giving consideration to the development of elective courses;the innovative features of curriculum content have The innovative features of curriculum evaluation are: paying attention to information feedback of student evaluation,focusing on practice of evaluation index of curriculum system,and adopting various assessment methods mainly based on ability assessment in the process of evaluation.If the curriculum system is to be implemented smoothly,its organization and management are the guarantee.The fifth part elaborates the organization and management of curriculum system innovation in Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities,including: implementing national policies and policies to form a consensus on curriculum system reform and innovation,innovating school internal system to strengthen organization and management,and developing curriculum system jointly by school-enterprise cooperation.Generally speaking,the innovation of curriculum system in Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities pays attention to the guidance of "social demand" and the cultivation of students' "application ability" in terms of both theoretical support and implementation.
