| Analogical reasoning is based on the fact that two different types of objects have the same or similar aspects in some respects,thus deducing the way in which they have the same or similar aspects in other aspects.Analogical reasoning is one of the mathematics abilities that contemporary middle school students should possess.However,in the actual teaching process,the teaching strategies for cultivating students’ analogical reasoning ability have not been effectively implemented.By studying the problems and teachers in the process of learning analogical reasoning in the process of teaching,how to infiltrate the analogy thought and put forward the teaching strategy of cultivating students’ analogical reasoning ability,in order to bring inspiration to junior high school teachers in the teaching of analogical reasoning.This paper firstly combs the theoretical research,teaching and applied research of analogical reasoning and the connotation of analogical reasoning ability through literature analysis,and then defines the definition and characteristics of analogical reasoning,analogical reasoning ability and teaching strategy,Using the test method to test students’ analogical reasoning ability,found students:(1)there are certain difficulties in retrieving analogy sources;(2)finding structural similarities;(3)failing to correctly extend matching to target sources.Using the questionnaire survey method,it is found that teachers in the teaching process:(1)weaken the teaching steps of analogical reasoning;(2)neglect the improvement of students’ analogical reasoning ability.Combining the theoretical research of analogical reasoning and teaching strategies,taking the number and algebra as an example,the teaching strategies of cultivating students’ analogical reasoning ability are proposed from two aspects: First,the factors influencing students’ analogical reasoning: searching analogy source,discovering structural similarity,The matching is extended to the target source.Secondly,the teacher’s teaching neglects the training of the students’ analogical reasoning ability and weakens the teaching steps of analogical reasoning.This study has the following conclusions:(1)Analogical reasoning refers to the way in which the two types of different objects have the same or similar aspects in some respects,thereby deducing the reasoning that they have the same or similar aspects in other aspects.It is a special to special way of reasoning.(2)The teaching steps of analogical reasoning are divided into retrieval source analogy,finding structural similarity,extending matching to target source,drawing conclusion,and verifying conclusion.(3)The second school students find the similarity between “source” and“goal” when using analogical reasoning.The teaching strategies for cultivating students’ analogical reasoning ability are proposed:(1)strengthen classroom introduction and retrieve analogy source;(2)focus on problem guidance and discover structural similarity;(3)attach importance to goal orientation and extend matching to target source;(4)Encourage independent learning and strengthen the analogy reasoning steps;(5)Innovate case study guidance and enhance the awareness of analogical reasoning. |
