Research On The Optimum Development Of Sports Social Groups In Universities Of Guangxi In The New Period

It is the key point to construct the university sports cause in the period of social transformation to give consideration to the guidance of the administrative department of education and the participation of social organizations in the development of the university sports cause.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field investigation,comparative analysis and other scientific research methods,the present situation of sports social groups in colleges and universities in guangxi was studied and the conclusions were drawn:(1)the members of physical education social groups in colleges and universities in guangxi belong to the concurrent posts of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.The number of individual sports clubs in colleges and universities needs to be improved.(2)the organizational structure of guangxi sports health art society and individual sports branch of colleges and universities can ensure the daily work,but the competition department,ministry of commerce,training department,supervision committee and other institutions are not sound,and it is difficult to play their due functions.(3)the physical education,health and art association of schools in guangxi mainly organizes sports events and academic exchanges in the form of sports activities,but lacks in sports training,news publicity and other aspects.Among them,the sports competition is dominated by regional events,involving a variety of sports,and the overall sports competition is well developed.(4)the "dual management system" is obviously reflected in the management of the sports,health and art association of guangxi schools.The individual sports branches of guangxi colleges and universities accept the coordinated supervision of the association and affiliated schools,but the internal management mechanism is deficient,and the corresponding audit supervision department needs to be improved.Optimize the development of guangxi colleges and universities sports social groups draw lessons from excellent college sports social groups in organizations,activities,management mechanism and so on the advanced experience,combined with the actual situation,proposed has the qualifications of independent legal representive.it is also the guangxi university sports association in order to enhance sports club status,improve sports club project types;Learn to set up full-time personnel,improve the legal protection mechanism,to ensure the smoothness of work;To set up more organizations to enhance the ability of sports activities;To promote competitive sports events and develop the school sports market;Optimize the internal management mechanism,strengthen the legal responsibility of the sports chapter,in order to create a competitive college sports social group in the new era,in order to better develop the school sports in guangxi.
