The development of science and technology,the introduction of advanced education information technology,through the combination of information network platform and classroom teaching,students pre-study on the online platform before class,interactive learning with teachers in the class,reflection and summary of the new flip classroom after class The teaching model has been highly praised by the education community,and its emergence has impacted the traditional teaching model.In the track and field teaching in colleges and universities,in order to improve the track and field teaching environment,students' interest in learning track and field courses is improved.On the basis of the existing research,the flipping classroom is introduced into the track and field course teaching.Taking the hurdle running project as an example,the teaching contrast experiment is carried out to help the students to better complete the learning task and improve the teaching quality.In this paper,literature methods,questionnaires,expert interviews,experimental methods and mathematical statistics methods are used.In order to ensure that the experimental results are comparable,the selected experimental subjects are zero-based beginners.The two groups of students used different teaching methods to teach,and designed a relatively complete hurdle running teaching program,which was used as a sample to enable it to be widely used and promoted in the teaching of other track and field events in colleges and universities.The study draws the following conclusions:1.Compared with the traditional mode,the flipping classroom mode is more reasonable in terms of teaching progress.It is more in line with modern teaching requirements in terms of teaching evaluation,scheduling,and teaching forms,and can promote student development.2,flipping the classroom is conducive to the need for long-term effective implementation in order to exert its effect,in a short period of time,the physical quality of students is less improved,the impact is not obvious.3.Flipping the classroom is conducive to improving the technical level of the students.The hurdles of the experimental group and the compliance rate are significantly better than the control group,indicating that under the flipping classroom mode,the students' academic performance is improved significantly,and the students can better Learn motor skills.4.Under the flipping classroom,the student's subject status has been improved.Under the guidance of the teachers,the students' physical exercise attitude has been significantly improved after the experiment.Long-term use is conducive to cultivating students' lifelong sports awareness.5.There are teachers' participation before,during and after class,so that students have professional guidance in the process of learning.Students' interest in sports learning has increased significantly,and they are willing to spend more time in sports activities in their spare time.6.Under the classroom,by increasing the theoretical knowledge after class,it is beneficial to improve students' theoretical knowledge and enable students to better grasp theoretical knowledge.
