Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the global science and technology have been continuously developed and teaching methods are undergoing profound changes.Since 2007,the United States has begun to try a brand-new teaching model--turning classrooms.Such a teaching model has quickly gained recognition in the United States.,and has been greatly promoted in the United States.It is deeply loved by students and teachers.In2011,China,as another major education country,began to research and apply this advanced teaching model.However,over the past few years,In the research results,most of the opinions were concentrated on theoretical research and related cultural studies.However,there were relatively few research results in applying flipping classrooms to physical education.However,physical education courses differed from other cultural courses and required more.After mastering the skills,students can develop the enthusiasm to exercise and cultivate lifelong sports.At the same time,a large number of disciplines have proved that flipping classroom application has achieved better results in teaching.Therefore,it also provides a large number of theoretical foundations for the application of flipping classrooms in physical education classrooms.Based on the above research,the author has studied the relevance of flipped classrooms.Theoretical research and experimental application,based on this,designed the guidance case and related micro-video used in the sports classroom,and selected six classes in Beijing No.80 Middle School and Taiyuan No.37 Middle School as experimental subjects.The experiment was conducted and the experiment was conducted.Based on the experimental results,the comparisons were made before and after the experiment.The test results were analyzed and analyzed.The flipping classroom application was studied in the junior middle school physical education teaching.The results of the eight-week experimental study showed that:1.The uplifting of the physical fitness ability of classrooms may belimited because the time period is not long enough.Therefore,in addition to the individual indicators after the experiment,there are significant differences in the results of physical fitness tests,and the other results are not significant.This part of the physical ability requires the author's further study.2.Flipping classrooms can improve the mastery of motor skills.Through this eight-week experiment,after flipping classroom applications,we have more outstanding skills in the mastery of basketball skills,relative to the control class and experimental class.The mastery rate of students is also significantly higher than that of experimental classes.3.Flipping classrooms can improve students' interest in learning,autonomy in learning,and participation in the classroom.After the end of the experiment,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on these indicators,and conducted a comparison of the differences between the two before and after the experiment.There are significant differences,indicating that the effect is significant.
