At present,there are few facts in the teaching of high school hurdles,such as less class time,more complicated technology,and unsatisfactory learning results.In the process of teaching,students generally focus on achieving personal goals,lack of cooperation and interaction with peers;teachers' skills on hurdles And the main details are mainly based on preaching,which is not only not conducive to students' mastery of knowledge and skills,unable to effectively cultivate students' non-cognitive ability such as cooperation and competition consciousness,but also unable to meet the new curriculum reform in the new curriculum reform.Claim.In response to the above problems,the "cooperative-competition method" was introduced into the high school hurdles running teaching,and the content progress and practice arrangements around the "cooperative-competition method" were designed,and the students of the two track and field courses in the ninth middle school high school were selected as experiments.Objects,one for the experimental group,using the "cooperative-competition method" teaching,and the other for the control group,using the conventional teaching method,a total of 8 classes of 16 hours of hurdles running teaching experiments.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,the process and experimental results of the design and application of "cooperative-competition method" in hurdles teaching are analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The "cooperative-competition law" should follow the basic principles of "cooperative","teaching according to aptitude","comprehensiveness","dominantness and subjectivity" in the teaching process of high school hurdles.The operating procedures should include "presentation".Basic objectives such as "target and content","reasonable allocation of study groups","collective lectures","cooperative group activities","inter-group competitions","tests and feedbacks","evaluation and summary".On this basis,the content of the "cooperative-competition method" in the entire hurdle running teaching unit(8 lessons)and the specific arrangement of the contents of "cooperation" and "competition" were demonstrated and achieved through specific application and implementation.The teaching effect,and the experimental group students scored better than the control group in thephysical quality test after the experiment.(2)The content design of "cooperative-competition method" in hurdle running teaching takes into account the concepts of overcoming students' psychological fear,error making,technical link learning induction,and overall teaching,and the background of each class' s technical movements According to the characteristics of students and textbooks,the cooperation and competition content are arranged in a targeted manner to promote the improvement of the skills of the students in the hurdles,and the technical evaluation results of the experimental group are significantly better than the control group,so that the students can achieve the best learning effect.(3)"Cooperative-Competition Law" in the process of teaching implementation,the teachers intervened in a timely manner on the basis of collective teaching,rationally arranged the cooperation activities within the group and the content of the competition between the groups,and improved the teaching effect of the hurdle race.The results of teaching experiments showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the performance of the hurdle race.(4)The "Cooperative-Competition Law" enriches the teaching content by using the teaching methods of intra-group cooperation and inter-group competition.The results of teaching experiments show that students can achieve better learning results through mutual communication,mutual help and mutual reference among the students in the group.In addition,the cooperation consciousness and competition awareness of the experimental group students are also significantly higher than the control group.The "Cooperative-Competition Law" has played a positive role in cultivating students' core literacy.
