With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of social economy,the needs of talents in society are more and more diverse,and the requirements for school education are also higher and higher.While teaching students knowledge,schools should also cultivate students' ability of autonomy,cooperation and competition.High school is the key stage to cultivate students' ability,and mathematics course teaching is particularly important to achieve the goal of education.Therefore,in order to improve students' comprehensive ability,The Second Senior Middle School of Hua County adopted a new teaching method,group cooperation and competition.Although the implementation of the new method has made a qualitative breakthrough,but the investigation found that there are still some mistakes and deficiencies in the existing teaching methods of group cooperation and competition in high school mathematics classroom.Therefore,the author has made some explorations on "how to effectively carry out group cooperation and competitive learning" in high school mathematics teaching.Firstly,this study adopts the literature method to study the related research of group cooperation and competition and the new curriculum concept,so as to obtain a solid theoretical foundation.Secondly,according to the theory of humanism,constructivism theory,the "happy education" thought and the group management theory as the theoretical basis,the author classes and lectures at ordinary times,in the form of questionnaire summed up the team cooperation and competition in the high school mathematics classroom learning the status quo and insufficiency,through interviews with other teachers of mathematics,Recognize the problems they encounter in implementing group cooperation and competitive learning;Then put forward the corresponding solution strategy to carry out group cooperation and competitive learning in high school mathematics classroom,and carry on the classroom practice,at the same time the practice process is described from three aspects: new teaching,review lessons and lecture evaluation;Finally,by means of experimental research,questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the application effect of improved group cooperation and competitive learning in high school mathematics teaching from the aspects of performance,learning attitude,student-student relationship and teacher-student relationship,and comprehensive quality.The findings: The improved team cooperation and competition study,not only can improve the interaction between teacher and student,student and student,cultivate the students' learning ability,arouse students' interest in learning,enhance students' self-confidence,and in the process of team cooperation and competition study,students' spirit of cooperation and competition consciousness,etc all received training,This will be of great help to students' long-term development.Therefore,in high school mathematics classroom,we should carry out group cooperation and competitive learning effectively,and give full play to the due effect of group cooperation and competitive learning.
