The Study Of Gender Development Situation From NetEase's Data Blog

Under the influence of Big Data and New Media,the application of Data Journalism as a big data in the field of news came into being.NetEase's visual column Data Blog is one of the platforms which have entered the normal data journalism practice.Netease's Data Blog column,which using data to report,expressing fresh ideas and focusing quickly,finally has fabulous communication effect.Data Blog provides a comfortable reading experience,news topics involving political elections,economic indicators,culture and education,social law,environment protection and other fields,especially the topic of gender.As the key information.the number and quality of gender research have increased year by year.This paper collected 72 data journalistic works on gender from 2012 to 2018.From the aspects of data sources,content topics,visualization degree,and communication effects,the following conclusions were drawn:First,the gender theme section in Data Blog is a platform to promote socialist women thinking method;the second is that the data works published in Data Blog have the characteristics of the times and the communication effect is good;The third is that Data Blog is more comprehensive in terms of gender selection.The data is reliable and authoritative,which can reflect the current hot topics and development trend of gender research;the fourth is that there is still room for improvement in Data Blog,which needs further improvement and development in terms of theoretical depth and character.This paper intends to dynamically depict the development trend of China's modern gender research through the emerging form of the Data Blog news column,making the gender research data-oriented,objective and scientific,and understanding and grasping gender research for relevant scholars.Hot topics and development trends in gender provide reference,improve and complement the research of gender and media theory,and promote the development of socialist gender equality.
