The fear of negative evaluation as one of the indicators to measure social anxiety,paying attention to its level is not only conducive to shaping a good self-awareness,making a correct self-evaluation,but also conducive to individuals who have a benign communication with each other in daily life.In the current situation of frequent psychological problems of college students,regardless of students,teachers,schools,families,etc,all have certain responsibilities.However,the focus of most studies has not been studied by minzu college students as the research object.There is no focus on the fear of negative evaluation of students in minzu universities,and the characteristics and functions of fear of negative evaluation itself are ignored.This study will start from the minzu university students' daily study and life,on the basis of literature review,through questionnaire investigation and interview method to collect the relevant data,to explore the characteristics of the fear of negative evaluation and its related factors,and tries to explore the influence of the fear of negative evaluation,tries to put forward to help minzu university students' adjusting the level of fear of negative evaluation and to contribute to the development of mental health,help educators to scientific evaluation and gradually build opinions and suggestions for the evaluation standards of minzu universities.In this study,undergraduates from northwest minzu university were taken as the survey objects,and 821 questionnaires were distributed with the method of cluster sampling.A total of 782 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective rate of recovery was 95.25%.The quantitative study adopted the fear negative evaluation scale(FNES),Multidimensional-Multiattributional Causality Scale(MMCS),Coping style questionnaire(CSQ),learning motivation scale and Rosenberg self-esteem scale(RSES).Data analysis was performed by SPSS24.0.In addition,through the interviews with 10 undergraduates,the interview materials were transcribed into written materials and imported into NVivo 10.0,which was coded according to grounded theory.Based on the statistical analysis of the data,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The level of the fear of negative evaluation between minzu college students is mostly in the middle level,and relatively few in the low level and high level.2.There are significant differences in the fear negative evaluation of minzu college students in terms of gender,place of origin,whether to serve as a student cadre and mother's education level;However,there was no significant difference in grade,minzu,final score of last semester,single child or not,and father's education level.Specifically,among minzu college students,female students' fear of negative evaluation level is significantly higher than that of male students.The students from county are higher than those from countryside,and the students from city have the lowest level of fear of negative evaluation.The level of fear of negative evaluation of college students as student cadres is significantly higher than that of non-student cadres.From the point of view of mother's level of education,their children's level of fear of negative evaluation may also be affected by the degree of education,according to its mothers' level of education ranking from high to low,respectively(including high school)technical secondary school,junior high school or junior high school the following,and finally mother with a university degree above(including university,or college)three levels.3.There is a significant positive correlation between the fear of negative evaluation of minzu college students and their self-esteem,learning motivation,attribution style and other factors;The fear of negative evaluation,self-esteem and learning motivation of minzu college students have a certain predictive effect on their attribution style,which can predict 20.1% of variance together,while the fear of negative evaluation can predict 13.4% of variance of attribution style alone.Finally,combined with the data analysis results and the special educational environment of minzu colleges and universities,the following educational countermeasures are proposed:According to the characteristics of fear of negative evaluation of minzu university students,it is proposed that individual should improve the self-acceptance experience,and correctly understand the negative evaluation.After understanding the relationship between the fear of negative evaluation,self-esteem and learning motivation,proposed students in mines university should promote individual positive interpersonal communication bu raising the level of self-esteem to adjust the level of fear of negative evaluation.In addition,based on pedagogy,from the influence of fear of negative evaluation has a certain influence on attribution.Therefore,from the perspective of teachers,teachers must break through the subjective limitations of evaluation and try their best.Help students to reduce cultural barriers and build self-confidence;and then rise to the evaluation criteria,based on the realization of the overall multi-dimensional evaluation,open multi-agent evaluation,combined with the process evaluation based on dynamic principles,and thus build up evaluation feedback and improvement mechanisms.
