Nowadays, the phenomenon of bullying on campus has become increasingly fierce, and it has become a sharp knife threatening the safety of the school. It not only seriously hinders the healthy growth of individuals, but also makes families, schools, and society feel worried.Teenagers are the key period for the development of an individual's physical and mental development.Young people in the changing period are most likely to be affected by bad external factors.A large number of studies have shown that junior middle school students in adolescence are most likely to experience bullying behavior in schools. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of junior high school students' bullying behaviors is targeted. It is very important. For the purpose of prevention,I focused my research on most students who are not involved in bullying.Through questionnaires and interviews to conduct research, comprehensive use of social work community work methods and group work methods to intervene in the prevention of school bullying in X schools in Taiyuan City.First of all, according to the principle of community-oriented people-oriented work, all students in X middle school in Taiyuan City will be given a general preaching activity to achieve anti-bullying knowledge coverage in “face”;secondly, using group work methods to address some “potentially high-risk” The students' cognitive and behavioral activities carried out specialized group activities to achieve the extension of anti-bullying operations on the “line”.On the one hand, junior high school students can understand bullying behavior on campus;on the other hand, they can help junior high school students improve their interpersonal relationships and build a harmonious campus environment, thus fundamentally eliminating the breeding of bullying on campus.Studies show that social work interventions to prevent bullying in schools have yielded significant results.X middle school students have learned about the definition, performance, and harm of bullying behavior through the activities;they have mastered ways to prevent and respond to bullying in schools;they have improved interpersonal relationships, learning and classmates. The way to get along well. Finally, after the activity evaluation,we summarized the experience of social work intervention in the prevention of bullying behavior in the campus. We also found some problems in the intervention process, conducted reflections on the issues, and made some suggestions for preventing bullying on campus.
