| Research travel is one of the ways to cultivate students’ core literacy and realize the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.However,the lack of professionals in research travel makes the research travel effect unsatisfactory and the educational value difficult to play.Therefore,the Ministry of education added the specialty of Research Travel Management and Service in Higher Vocational Colleges in2019(hereinafter referred to as Research Travel Specialty)to improve the effect of research travel by cultivating professional talents of research travel.This requires Higher Vocational Colleges to actively adapt to social needs and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents for the research travel industry.This paper takes the training of research travel professionals as the research issue,takes Sichuan Province as an example,combs the relevant theories of research travel professionals,and clarifies the core concepts of higher vocational education,research travel professionals and research travel professionals personnel training.It mainly adopts text analysis,literature analysis,expert consultation and other research methods to explore the types of talents needed by the research travel industry and the quality needs of talents majoring in research travel;Using the methods of talk show and questionnaire,this paper analyzes the current situation of teachers and students’ training of research travel specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges.On this basis,this paper focuses on the talent training strategy of research travel specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges,emphasizes that from the perspective of talent training system theory,formulate the training objectives of research travel specialty,formulate the specific training objectives of research travel specialty in combination with regional characteristics and Higher Vocational Colleges’ own characteristics,and subdivide and quantify the training objectives;Optimize the curriculum system of research travel,set up professional courses according to the quality needs of research travel professionals,and increase professional practice courses and its credits;Improve the classroom teaching of postgraduate travel major,carry out multi-directional and interactive classroom reform,innovate the use of teaching modes such as project-based teaching and modular teaching,strengthen practical teaching links,deeply integrate information technology into teaching,and realize mixed teaching;Strengthen the construction of teaching materials for research travel,compile professional teaching materials,industrial teaching materials and local teaching materials for research travel,emphasize the practicability of teaching materials and reflect the regionality of teaching materials;Pay close attention to the practical innovation ability of students majoring in research,study and travel,and guide students to improve their practical innovation consciousness and ability;To build a "double qualified" team of research travel specialty from four aspects: formulating new teacher access standards,carrying out 1 + X certificate system training,improving the allocation of full-time and part-time teachers and establishing a double qualified oriented teacher assessment and evaluation;Improve the talent training mode of dual system and order system,and deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises specialized in research,study and travel. |
