A Research About Teachers Troop And Construction Of Higher Vocational Colleges Of Sichuan

The teachers troop construction is the important foundation and the premise of developing education. Compared with the higher vocational education aboard, we are far behind them, so people don't know much about the pattern of the higher vocational education's development. We neither have experience in founding this kind of colleges nor the teaching resources that can satisfy the need of higher vocational education. The problem of teaching recourse' construction has limited the development of higher vocational education.This research surveyed the situation of teachers troop of 5 higher vocational colleges in Sichuan though the questionnaire, based on summarizing the domestic and foreign research results, and analysis the investigation results utilizing drive theory, lifelong education theory and human resources theory. Finally, through drawing on the lessons of advanced experience of overseas higher vocational education, it proposed some suggestions to strengthen the quality teachers troop constructs of Sichuan.This research obtained the main conclusions is as follows:1. Through surveying to teachers troop structure, type, inspection mechanism, raise situation of 5 higher vocational colleges in Sichuan, this paper discovered some questions exist in the teachers troop, such as the structure is unreasonable, the development is imbalanced, the inspection mechanism is not perfect, training and the further education link is weak and so on the.2. Profits from advanced experiences about teacher qualifications systems, hires aspect troop structure, raise training system of the US, Germany, Japan, Denmark, and unified Sichuan's actual situation, the research put forward 8 proposals. First, establishing a perfect teachers hire mechanism, practicing teachers qualifications admittance system; Second, optimizing the teachers troop structure; Third, constructing a high quality specially appointed teachers troop; Fourth, establishing a relatively stable high quality of concurrent job teachers troop; Fifth, improving the teacher overall quality; Sixth, operating the channel broadly, to increase opportunities that teacher trains and further education of higher vocational colleges; Seventh, establishing the perfect teacher inspect mechanism, comparison teaching appraisal standard to promotes the teachers troop standards; Eighth, establishing the perfect teacher drive mechanism, stabling teachers troop and promoting the teachers'research results innovation.This article tries to provide reference for the construction of teaching resources of higher vocational education of Sichuan an even whole China.
