For our society,whose economy is turning from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage and is in the period of important strategic opportunities,the economic operation has changed steadily and worriedly,and the downward pressure of the economy has increased.The change of economic situation has also led to the change of social employment situation.Firstly,economic pressure has increased the elimination rate of enterprises and intensified the competition among the labor force.Secondly,the transformation and optimization of industrial structure have improved the demand for the quality and ability of the labor force.The change of social demand requires the change of personnel training mode.The continuous development of information technology and the arrival of the era of big data have not only improved the quality requirements of the society for talents,but also brought new ideas for personnel training.The integration of education and big data is the inevitable trend in the field of education in the future.Vocational schools are an important source of talent output at the grass-roots level of society.Secondary education should start from reality and look at the situation in the current social environment.Big data is the "new opportunity" in the critical period of education development.From the perspective of big data,this paper considers the training of financial and business professionals in secondary vocational schools.Through the opportunities and challenges brought by big data,it analyses the characteristics of social demand for talents in secondary vocational schools under the new situation.Then,it investigates three secondary vocational schools in Jilin Province by means of questionnaires,and analyses the current situation of financial and business professionals in secondary vocational schools.This paper puts forward a new way to drive the talent training mode of secondary vocational schools by establishing a big data platform for finance,business and trade professionals through big data technology,analyses the significance of establishing a big data platform for finance,business and trade professionals in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward some ideas to construct it,with a view to providing theoretical suggestions for the training of finance,business and trade professionals in secondary vocational schools in the era of big data.Work reference,shorten the time for financial and business professionals in vocational schools to adapt to the society,and cultivate financial and business professionals with all-round development of all qualities and abilities required by the society.
