| As the main professional category of modern comprehensive secondary vocational schools,finance majors have provided a large number of skilled talents for small and medium-sized enterprises in China.In the context of social and economic development and technological innovation,how can secondary vocational schools meet the needs of employers for accounting professionals with skilled operational skills? This issue indicates the direction of current teaching practice and reform for financial and economic majors in secondary vocational schools.The basic course "Basic Accounting" for finance majors has made many attempts in hybrid teaching,but there are some shortcomings in the actual teaching process.This study used interview and questionnaire survey methods to interview and survey accounting teachers and students majoring in accounting affairs,marketing,logistics services and management from Jiangxi Business School,Jiangxi Information Technology School,Xiushui Vocational School,and Jiangxi Vocational College of Science and Technology.Based on learning theories such as constructivism,a student survey questionnaire is designed from six dimensions:teaching platform,student autonomy,course content design,teaching organization,teaching effectiveness,and teaching evaluation,drawing on existing questionnaires and combining personal internship observation experience.Using SPSS software to statistically analyze the collected data,further explore the effectiveness of blended learning and its influencing factors,in order to improve teaching effectiveness and help students better understand and proficiently master theoretical knowledge and practical skills.Through the analysis of interview results and student questionnaires,this study found the following problems in the current situation of mixed teaching of "Basic Accounting" courses in secondary vocational schools: insufficient extension of teaching media;Teaching design is not systematized;Teaching evaluation is not diversified.There are three main reasons for the formation of these problems:inadequate basic guarantees;Teaching design lacks clarity of purpose;The teacher did not organize students to participate in the evaluation.Aiming at the above problems and causes,targeted suggestions are proposed: First,improve the basic guarantee and strengthen the information based teaching ability of secondary vocational schools;Secondly,teachers should reasonably design the teaching process,and teaching resources should not only closely adhere to talent cultivation goals,but also pay attention to the needs of students,organize diverse teaching activities,and reasonably set the online and offline teaching proportion and content distribution;Third,teachers should organize students to participate in evaluation and build a comprehensive and diverse evaluation system. |
